Prices

All prices and specifications of products manufactured and supplied by the manufacturer may be subject to change without prior notice. The manufacturer will not be responsible for any omissions or errors. All Prices in the price list are exclusive of GST.

Orders

Orders must be placed on standard Oztech order forms for accurate processing. Insufficient and/or incorrect information may cause delays in the delivery of orders. Within 24 hours of receipt of the Order, Oztech will issue a COO (Confirmation of Order) by fax or email. Please note that delays in processing your order may arise if the order sheet is not provided with all relevant information. Order production will commence immediately upon issuance of COO. Depending on the progress of the order, the order may be cancelled by written request within 24hrs of COO(Confirmation of Order) If the order has been processed and commenced production or been completed, the order must be paid for. Title to the goods shall remain vested in the Supplier and shall not pass to the Purchaser until the purchase price for the Goods has been paid in full and received by the Supplier. The Supplier shall have the authority to retake, sell or otherwise deal with and/or dispose of all or any part of the goods.

Delivery & Pickup

The purchaser must notify Wiggins 48 hours prior to pick up of goods from the warehouse. Please also check that your account is cleared before pick as failure to do so may result in you not being able to pick up the goods. Wiggins will not be responsible for any damages that may occur during transportation. If delivery is required by Oztech an agreed delivery fee occurs depending on resources needed for delivery.

Product Specification

Although Wiggins will endeavour to keep all product specifications up to date, please note that not all information contained in this price list may change without prior notice from time to time. This includes but is not limited to connection points in the profiles, changes in the cap designs and profiles. System prices include any colour from the Dulux Duratec range. Any other colour will attract a nominal extra.

Warranty

Customer claims must be made through the reseller and will be valid as per the following;

Warranty is not awarded to supply only Oztech where the end user has installed the system themselves or where the system was installed incorrectly or out of specification. Guarantee is limited to repairs conducted by the manufacturers or free delivery of parts. Oztech will, at its own cost, repair or replace any defect or malfunction that conforms to the warranty without any indemnity relating to installation and re-installation or consequential damages. Warranty of Oztech products is strictly on a back-to-base basis and all costs including freight, installation and re-installation shall be borne by the Purchaser. Matters arising due to customer misuse (ie not operating the awning correctly, cleaning and maintenance or leaving the awning exposed to harsh weather conditions) voids the Warranty.

Due to harsh weather conditions, no warranty is provided on Frame Colour finishes. Locally Sourced Components will be warrantied as per terms and conditions offered by the original manufacturer
